PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the best results, please provide clear, well-lit photographs in which every person’s face is easy to see.

Helpful photo tips:

• Upload the original, highest-resolution photograph available.
• Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed social-media images.
• Choose photographs with sharp, unobstructed faces.
• Photos taken in natural light usually produce the best results.
• You may upload separate photographs if people need to be combined into one scene.
• Tell us which details must remain unchanged.

If you are unsure whether your photograph will work, please send it through Etsy Messages before ordering.

YOUR DIGITAL PROOF

A digital proof is included with every order.

Please carefully review:

• Facial appearance
• Names and spelling
• Destination
• Dates
• Poster wording
• Colors
• Background
• Overall composition

Production begins only after you approve the final artwork.

Because the artwork is created from customer photographs, the finished piece will be an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic reproduction.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Customization begins shortly after an order is received.

If you need to change names, dates, photographs or instructions, please contact WalzoAI as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after the final proof has been approved.

PERSONALIZED-ORDER POLICY

Because every poster is created specifically for the customer, personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged after the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof, please contact WalzoAI through Etsy Messages and include clear photographs of the issue.
